SJDY-1 Model caterpillar type shaped plastic material drawer adopts double caterpillar drawing method, with double frequency control of motor speed control. It's mainly used to make all kinds of plastic profile extrusion and drawing equipped with plastic extruder.
Characteristic

Preparation
1. Check whether the ground is smooth. If not smooth, adjust nut on the foot, to prevent vibration when machine is running;
2. Make the traction device center height and the center of the host highly consistent by turning the hand wheel.
Operation
1. On: first, open the switch, then adjust the variable frequency motor control device to the required traction speed. (traction speed: 0-4 m/min).
2. Off: the variable frequency motor speed control device on the switch can be closed.
Use and Maintenance
1. The fixing sleeve of The upper and lower traction device should be lubricated with oil;
2. Gear box must be filled with 30# oil or gear oil to the oil standard center line, use cleaning oil change after 2000 hours;
3. Check the tightness of screws after using for a period of time, if loose should be tighten timely.
