Product Description
PPR Small Diameter Pipe Extrusion Line widely used in water supply for house, hospital, country as well as the radiate warm field.
1. Extruder is specially designed for PPR & PPB pipes, equipped with imported reducer, grooved feed bush, BM screw which guarantees great output, lower melting temperature and lower energy consumption.
2. Mould & Die: co-extrusion spiral die assures adequate crisscrossed material flow, and more even intermal pressure distribution and a static mixing system for option.
3. Calibrators: stable vacuum calibrating and optimum cooling result thanks to the special-designed and multi-section water membrane cooling, which meets the requirement of thicker wall pipe and larger diameter pipe estrusion with high speed.
4. Quality components: reducer of extruder, DC speed regulator, frequency converter, PLC control system and jet printer are all imported from the world famous brands.
5. High-Automation PLC system equipped with touch screen and fault alarm function which assures convenient operation system.
6. Flexible co-extrusion for color tag line and on line thickness measuring and controlling system is available for your option.
7. Multi-function: by adopting different dies & screws, the line can also be used for PE, PB, ABS, PP and PEX pipes extrusion.
